End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Extension
- use the Extension for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- attempt to bypass or interfere with the Extension’s intended functionality
3. Data Usage
The Extension may process browsing information necessary to detect coupons, cashback opportunities, or merchant compatibility.
The Extension does not collect personal data unless explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy.

4. Updates
The Developer may provide updates, improvements, or bug fixes.
These may be installed automatically and are subject to this Agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
The Developer does not guarantee:
- availability of coupons or cashback
- accuracy of merchant data
- uninterrupted or error‑free operation
Use of the Extension is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:
- loss of data
- loss of profits
- damages arising from use or inability to use the Extension
- third‑party offers, coupons, or cashback programs
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Extension.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
